From the Upanishads
उत्तिष्ठत जाग्रत प्राप्य वरान्निबोधत
uttiṣṭhata jāgrata prāpya varān nibodhata

“Arise. Awake. Seek out the great ones, and understand.”

Katha Upanishad 1.3.14
In plain terms

The Upanishad's famous alarm bell. Arise, awake: the teachers are findable and the understanding is real, and the urgency in the line says the window for seeking it is a lifetime and no longer.

It is the most quoted call to begin in the whole tradition, and it is aimed squarely at the person holding it today.
